I think it’s fair to say out of all the footballers in Scotland, Andy Halliday is probably one of the most disliked outside of Glasgow by the Celtic fans.
A former Sevco player, Halliday was punted after Gerrard’s first season in charge and now finds himself as a mainstay in a decent Hearts side that is currently sitting 3rd in the Scottish Premiership.

But on Wednesday night, the midfielder had a very decent game and it was his assist that saw Josh Jinnelly put Hearts 1-0 up early on in the game in a tie Celtic eventually saw out as comfortable 3-1 winners.
But there was a moment in the game where Halliday was subject to a tackle that made him look as if he would have needed taken to hospital.
His theatrics didn’t impress the Celtic support and as he waiting to take a throw in, the Celtic support let him know exactly what they thought of his antics:
