Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Ferguson said, “He is too good to be on the bench. He is too good. Plain and simple.
“And I don’t think he’ll be happy. He strikes me as the type of guy who wants to play.
“He’s good enough to play.
“If he doesn’t play in the next few months, I don’t think he’ll be going in this window, I think the next three months will be key if Kieran Tierney is going to stay at Arsenal.
“And if he’s not going to play, then I think he will ask to go. And don’t be surprised if Man City or Man United is going to be interested.
“For me, he is a top player.”
