“After the Copa America, I Expect Something To Happen” – Exciting development on Celtic Linked Wonderkid

With Celtic being linked to Ecuadorian international Piero Hincapie, his father has shed some light on the Celtic linked defender and it seems that a move may be imminent for the youngster after the Copa America has concluded.

Speaking the to the media, Hincapie’s father, Jesus, has said he has told his son to concentrate on just playing football and the rest will take care of itself, “There has been interest for him and I know there have been offers too from clubs in Europe.

“But for now, the offers haven’t been big enough for the board of his club, Talleres de Cordoba, to consider.

“Now I know there are other big clubs in Europe who have appeared, who are very interested in my son.

“Hopefully, one of them might be Real Madrid because that’s the club he has always dreamed of playing for.

“My boy is excited about the stories linking him with clubs in Europe. It’s natural. But I tell him to concentrate on playing football and entrust the rest to God.

“After the Copa America, I expect something to happen with him.”

With Hincapie coming off the back of a fantastic season with Argenitinian Super League side Tallares, interest in the young defender is high making him one of the hottest properties on the market the right now.

With a price tag quoted at ten million Euro’s this could potentially scare off Celtic but with Hincapie aged just 19 years old, this could be a shrewd piece of business by the Parkhead club if they manage to pull it off.
