“Shocking and disgraceful” – Renowned Celtic author’s VAR tweet goes viral

VAR is not going away. We all need to make our peace with that.

Neither are the dodgy decisions that the new technology was supposed to get rid of.

We cannot make our peace with that.

There needs to be something said or done by the club. You would like to think that, at least, there are things going on in the background and that Michael Nicholson or Ian Bankier is addressing the VAR issue with the beaks.

For a technology that is meant to solve refereeing errors, it’s not working. And it’s because of joke angles like this that are being offered to the fans as proof of how the officials come to the decision that Celtic fans are losing patience with it.
