Celtic have many players out on loan at the moment but of all of them, there is one who has caused much debate amongst the fans on whether or not he is good enough to play for the club.
Mikey Johnston has promised much, but delivered little and, granted, his injury problems have hampered his development under Ange Postecoglou.
But he was loaned out in the summer to Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes in order to get some much needed game time and how he has taken his chance.
In six appearances, the 23 year old has bagged himself three goals and two assists including this little beauty from last night:

I’ve always said there’s a player in Johnston and he just needed game time to show what he can do and, yes, I get that he’s producing at a club with little to no pressure to win every match but confidence is everything for a winger.
If he comes back a more confident player in the summer, who knows what he could achieve under Ange Postecoglou.
