After it was announced that *Rangers were being ‘watched’ by UEFA on the FFP regulations, many of us thought, it’s about bloody time!
After racking up £100m of losses in the last ten years, it is absolutely evident that the Ibrox club are living well beyond their means as they tried to keep up with Celtic and stop the ten in a row.
Well, according to Phil Mac Ghiolla Bhain, it seems that the Govan club are going to be in serious trouble in the future (in footballing terms) as their current financial problems means that their precarious position with UEFA is going to leave them hamstrung in the transfer market compared to Celtic.
Speaking in his latest blog, Phil said:
Money available in January if Ange needs it. What a brilliant position to be in compared to our rivals.
This just shows how financially sound Celtic are compared to the basket of frogs over in Govan.
This season is going to be very, very interesting.
