I remember a while back writing about David Martindale’s bizarre Rangers comments after watching his Livingston side drop points against the Govan club.

This weekend he was at it again in another post match presser after referring to the Rangers players with some weird kind of affectionate quotes.
So to counter the criticism, Martindale felt the need to clear the air. Lay his cards out on the table and prove that he doesn’t allow his team to ‘lie down’ to Rangers.
But where does he do this? The BBC? The club website? A newspaper interview?
Don’t be daft. The only logical place to do this is on a Rangers podcast.
Yep. Deny you are pro Rangers to the world by making an appearance on a podcast run by Rangers fans.
You could not make it up.
