Even when the facts presented to them show them evidence to the contrary, they just won’t have it.
Like the league table, for example.
A league table is designed to determine who is the best team in the league, the worst team in the league and those that are average performers.
As things stand. Celtic are the top of the league, therefore they are the best team in the league.

Jim phoned Clyde 1 Superscoreboard and made a series of outlandish claims:

From the winter break only benefitting one team to Gio coming in half way through the league campaign (he didn’t, he came in November) but let’s not let facts get in the way of a good lie.
These fans just cannot accept the fact that they are a one season wonder.
