Massive Spurs site’s interesting transfer opinion should excite Celtic fans

As Celtic look to finish off the season in style by claiming back the league title, one man that has been instrumental in their progress under Ange Postecoglou is Cameron Carter Vickers.

The big American has been solid at the heart of Celtic’s defence and formed an impressive partnership with Carl Starfelt (regardless of the media’s opinion) to help the Hoops build the meanest defence in the country.

But as the fans are hoping that club make the American internationals stay a permanent one, fan site The Spurs Web has offered their opinion on the proposed deal, “Given how well Carter-Vickers has done this season, I do not expect Spurs to accept any fee lower than the permanent clause stipulated in the loan deal.

So, one would think that the only “discussions” to be had between Spurs and Celtic over the fee would be on the way it is structured in installments.

Two things that are interesting in this one is that they seem resigned to losing Carter Vickers and that it seems the EPL club could be willing to accept an installments deal that should make the purchase of CCV a lot easier to negotiate.
