“I was laughing at van Bronckhorst” – Former Celt couldn’t believe what the Rangers manager said at full time

After Celtic’s huge 3-0 win against Rangers took them to the top of the league, the standard of performance has been making headlines around the world.

That is not an exaggeration.

If, like me, you scour the news for any Celtic related content, you will know this but as the dust settles on the game, former Celt, Frank McAvennie actually had something decent to say about it.

Speaking on the Open Goal podcast, Frank couldn’t believe what the Rangers manager said after the game, “Look this was a massive game and I thought Rangers looked up for it.

They [Celtic] just blew them out the water.

Honestly. When was the last time we saw that pace and control?

*Will Celtic win the league? Take our poll HERE and have your say!*

The football that was getting played was, the first forty minutes. Amazing.

I was laughing at van Bronckhorst came out and said, ‘The game never really started till at halftime for us.’

The game was finished at half time. Celtic didn’t have to do that again.”

And how true is that?

The first 45 minutes of football Celtic played would have blown anyone team away.

We keep playing like that for the last 14 games and the title is ours.
