“He is disliked by fans” – Japanese Celtic fans hilarious Andy Walker/Charlie Nicholas tweet

What can we say about Andy Walker that hasn’t already been said before.

Forever critical of the club he used to play for, it is fair to say he is disliked by the majority of Celtic fans in Scotland.

But how is he viewed outside of these shores?

Pretty much the same. And even worse in Japan of all places!

Replying to a tweet he was tagged in showing the Japanese commentary of Hatate’s thunderbolt on Wednesday night, twitter user Nobubhoy said:

Translated it means, “Andy Walker of SKY Sport commentary is a former Celtic, but even if Celtic scores a goal, he is disliked by fans because he has a difficult habit instead of complimenting it, but on the other hand, the Japanese commentary is more exciting than Japanese players, so it is better than him.

“I’m thinking. Another thing is Charlie Nicholas.“

Outstanding that both these former players views are shared in the exact same way in two very different cultures.

Maybe it’s time both had a rethink on how they speak about the club?

They probably won’t though.
