It’s not even a debate.
But here we are discussing it.
Josip Juranovic joined Celtic in the summer in a £2.5m move and since then, he has picked up a League Cup winners medal and cemented his place in the Celtic squad with some very fine and brilliant displays for the club in Europe and domestically.
Now, for some strange reason, a Celtic fan decided to start a poll to end a ‘debate’ on who was the better right back.
Juranovic or Sevco’s James Tavernier.
And if you are wondering what my take is on this, go back to the beginning of the article.
Juranovic is a Croatian international with fifteen caps. He has a Polish league title to his name and a Scottish League Cup.
Tavernier has no caps, played in Scotland for, what, six years and has one league title in his collection.
There is no debate.
And as you can see, many Celtic fans agree.
But it did spark some interesting debate on the thread:
Here is the best of them:
This a serious question? One is the Croatian international right back who took 5 months to win a trophy, the other has been in the top flight going on 6 years and won 1 trophy out of 16 available 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
