Celtic fans react to a stunning Sevco cup fact.

What a weekend. Filled with tears and laughter. On both days.

As Celtic reached their first major final under Ange Postecoglou, the tribute to Bertie Auld on such an occasion was one that brought a tear to every Celtic fans eye.

An emotional day topped off with an incredible performance from the team gives the fans their first, of hopefully many, cup finals under our incredible gaffer.

But those tears of joy were quickly followed up by tears of laughter as Rangers bottled yet another cup semi final appearance and it was on of many as this brilliant stat sums up the incredible habit Rangers have of crashing out of knockout competition.

Twitter account, Inside the SPFL, tweeted, “That’s the 19th major domestic cup competition in a row Rangers have failed to win since forming in 2012, furthest they’ve went is two cup finals and nine semi finals, they’ve only won one game at Hampden in 90 minutes, that’s with the 2nd highest wage bill in Scotland throughout

And it was a stat that was much derided by the Hoops fans as they laughed tears of joy as the team from Govan collapsed just like Sevco’s accountant just after their £23.5m losses were confirmed.

However, in true Celtic fan style, the supporters were all over this and some of the replies are just golden:
