I know. I never thought I would be writing about an opticians in a football blog.
As Celtic fans continue to have fun online with the departure of Steven Gerrard to Aston Villa, the fans of the Ibrox club are absolutely being destroyed with some brilliant banter.
Not only have the stars from Hollywood joined in on the fun, Specsavers must have thought, ‘What the hell, why not!’ as the replied to Aston Villa’s tweet welcoming the former Rangers boss to The Villains:
The Celtic fans have took a great amount pleasure in reminding the new Villa boss about his famous slip that handed Chelsea the title back in the Brendan Rodgers era and now it seems to have followed him to the Midlands where, the Villa fans hope, there will be no slip ups for the rest of the season.
