There seems to more twists and turns in Vasilis Barkas transfer exit than there does in *Rangers liquidation story.
As the big Greek goalie seems to be heading out the door this window, it seems his destination is becoming a bit clearer.
Greek journalist Giannis Chorianopoulos took to twitter to release this exciting update on Barkas’ future:
The journalist reports, “Gothenburg reportedly asked Celtic about the financial status of a possible loan and the next few hours/days will see if there is a development. After all, the transfer window in Sweden still has time.
“However, Gothenburg is not in a position to make a big financial opening and there are other goalkeepers from the Scandinavian market on its list.“
This would be a good move for both parties should it come to fruition and hopefully Barkas will find the form that made him Greek football’s number one keeper.
